Dear friends, considering the international health context and its impact on international postal and delivery services, we were previously forced to suspend orders since the beginning of the Coronavirus Covid-19 crisis.
However, we are now able to resume taking orders. Please note that the shipments for a limited number of countries will be starting again from June, 25th.
You will find below all the details relating to the restart of our activities. We recommend that you regularly check this page in order to keep up to date with the latest developments.
Please note that the information provided on this page temporarily overrides and substitutes the relevant data included in our various regulations, terms and conditions.
Given the international logistical difficulties, we will only be able to serve a limited number of countries for the time being.
If your country is not listed here, your order will NOT be processed.

Shipping and refund
The order processing time is temporarily extended to 7 days instead of 72 hours.
Shipping costs remain free and included in the total price of your order.
The delivery time could be longer than normal for reasons beyond our control. Thus, the guaranteed delivery time is extended to 90 days instead of 45 and starts from the confirmed shipping day.
As a result, refund claims will now only be considered between the 90th and 105th day after shipment. After this 105th day, the order is considered definitively closed and no claim will be accepted.
A processing fee of EUR 2.50 will be applied for all orders with a total value of less than EUR 20.00.
Orders with a total value of more than 20.00 euros are not affected by this fee.
