How do you ship packages?

We will always try to find the best way to ship your order. Packages will be shipped from Asia or Europe by Standard Postal Service, ePacket, EMS, DHL, FedEx or others, depending on the weight and size of the product.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes we do. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we may be unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you as soon as possible.

How to track my order online?

Some orders may be eligible for online tracking. If so, we will let you know once your order has been processed and shipped.
To track your order, please click on “MY ACCOUNT” >> “ORDERS” >> “#xxx” >> “TRACK” button (Please note that it may take some time for the tracking status to update).

How much does shipping cost?

We provide free worldwide shipping for all orders.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are dispatched within 72 business hours. Deliveries usually take between 7 and 21 business days and in rare cases 30+ business days.


For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
