To use market research to generate audience data, partners can:

Provide aggregated reports to advertisers or their representatives on the audiences exposed to their ads, using data from a panel or other device.
Provide aggregated reports to publishers on audiences exposed to content and/or ads, or who have interacted with content and/or ads on their sites, using data from a panel or other device.

Create an identifier using data collected via active analysis of a terminal for the identification of specific characteristics (e.g. installed fonts or screen resolution) without a separate opt-in from the user to active analysis of device characteristics for identification purposes.
Use this identifier to re-identify a terminal.

Use precise geolocation data

Partners can:

Collect and process precise geolocation data in support of one or more purposes. N.B. Precise geolocation means that there are no restrictions on the accuracy of a user’s location; it can be accurate to within a few meters.
